the hotel has spacious rooms laundry and ironing services are included. i found its location perfect for exploring the area. i would definitely stay there again i think i got my money's worth. i appreciated how quiet and new everything felt .
i found that the area around the hotel felt a little stressful late at night.

the location was convenient. the room was also large and well-kept. i enjoyed the variety of breakfast options (a great way to start the day!). the luggage transfer service was handled professionally, so i felt very secure.
the absence of a cozy lounge area was a minor inconvenience. after long days, i wished for somewhere other than my bed to relax and read.

Excellent Hotel Experience

This was my favorite hotel. The hotel decor is very modern and felt the most western. I had a Beautiful King room. It was quite nice and up-to-date.. The bed was very comfortable and softer than the typical Japanese mattress. I thought the modern and spacious bathroom and shower area were lovely.
The room size for what I paid felt disproportionate. The TV in the room had no sound. I told the front desk, however, nothing followed up. I just received a verbal apology when I checked out.

The breakfast offered a selection of one main dish and buffet items. These items included cereal, fruit, and some porridge or rice. I found it was quite satisfactory for a quick start to the day.

The hotel featured clean spaces and a modern design. Delivery robots roamed. There is no gym available at the hotel. Self-service laundry machines operate on a coin slot system.

inadequate storage open bathroom
the location was acceptable due to proximity to shinjuku station.
The room lacked adequate storage. There was no closet or drawers. this made it difficult to keep the room tidy, especially with luggage. the open bathroom layout, separated only by glass doors and a curtain, also offered minimal privacy. I found it quite awkward.

great location helpful staff great breakfast small room missing necessity limited space
the location is great. it is easy to reach many attractions and the train station is a short walk. the staff are very helpful. breakfast was also great.
The room was a bit small. I didn't think it justified the price. basic necessities were missing such as a shower cap. there was limited space for my belongings.
